Reqirement:整層住宅優先,過往的經驗整層住宅是公共空間(像是客廳、餐廳及陽台)會較大,平攤租金也會較低 3. 每月租金NTD 10,000 ~ 25,000 (我知道 10k 不太可能啦XD) 4. 至少可以兩間廁所 5. 或許可以複製第一間房子的模式,找「待修繕的房子」比較有機會留下修繕成本(因為租金比較便宜) 3. 困難點 1. 符合該租金區間的整層住宅,很難有兩間廁所 2. 現在有找房子的 deadline 壓力,(心裡)議價權會比較少 4. nice to have 1. 如果騎機車十分鐘內可以到捷運站很讚 - 因為台北路面交通很可怕,所以 prefer 轉乘模式 - 然後我搭公車會暈車,能搭捷運就搭捷運 - 如果該捷運站附近的機車停車格很多的話會很棒(benchmark:大坪林捷運站就是很少) 2. 上述捷運站最理想可以二十分鐘內抵達台北車站 - 我很喜歡拖拖拉拉,所以可以盡快搭高鐵到外地的話很棒 - 但其實很多捷運站週遭已經沒有什麼符合價位內的步登公寓了 - [官方資料](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ws0wWfeYIXt6dDXPG_ejwq0qb5uC2lJn4K6gYeUoaDs/edit#gid=0) - 如果想要用 GPT 免費玩這份資料的話可以用 Copilot Studio > 推薦[第一間房子共筆](https://g0v.hackmd.io/@ddio/corent) 5.
