某參與者：有了 AI 之後，非工程師參與 g0v 的經驗，有如農奴翻身當地主，掌握了生產力的工具，才真的有真實貢獻的體驗。

## 目的：
- 徵集透過 AI 賦能加深專案參與的伙伴，一起撰稿/投稿
- 透過 GAI 賦能，非工程師參與者，除了文書/美術設計/專業知識提供/行政處理外，可以透深入的參與專案的貢獻。
- 坑主透過 AI 賦能，開始可以協助更多工作，如簡單的網頁維護等工作
- 個人經驗不足代表性，故本日提案希望募集更多共同投稿人 OR 經驗提供，作為投稿內容。

- 麻瓜大躍進：AI 時代的貢獻模式新演化 | The Great Muggle Leap: The New Evolution of Contribution in the AI Era

- 生成式 AI 的浪潮正重塑公民科技的參與格局。過去非工程師背景的夥伴，多半在專案中扮演文字、設計或行政支援角色；如今藉由 AI 工具的協助，他們能夠突破技術門檻，主動參與資料處理、介面維護與原型開發。這場「麻瓜大躍進」讓更多人真正體驗到「能動性」與「貢獻感」的重生。本議程將邀請多位藉由 AI 強化參與的社群夥伴，分享他們如何透過工具重新定義角色分工、改變協作模式，並反思 AI 賦能在公民科技場域中的潛力與限制。當每個人都能「施展魔法」，公民科技社群又該如何重新想像協作與信任？
- The rise of generative AI is transforming how people participate in civic tech. In the past, non-engineers mainly contributed through writing, design, or administrative tasks. With AI-powered tools, they can now cross technical barriers to join coding, data handling, and project maintenance. This “Great Muggle Leap” has reignited a true sense of agency and contribution among community members. This session brings together contributors who have embraced AI in their civic tech practice to share how these tools reshape teamwork, redefine roles, and expand what collaboration can mean. When everyone gains the power to “cast spells,” how might civic tech communities reimagine trust, coordination, and creativity?

- 本提案關注 AI 技術普及後，公民科技社群中「參與門檻」與「角色分工」的變化。非工程師背景的參與者，過去常面臨「想貢獻卻不知如何下手」的困境，導致貢獻集中於少數工程師。生成式 AI 的出現，正改變開源協作與軟體開發的方式，也挑戰著 g0v 社群強調的「沒有人」精神。當「麻瓜」能夠透過 AI 工具參與資料處理、原型開發與維護工作，傳統的坑主、工程師、非技術貢獻者分工亦需重新定義。本提案希望探討 AI 賦能如何降低參與門檻，並分享實際經驗，促進更多元、協作性的公民科技參與模式。

- This proposal addresses how the democratization of AI is reshaping participation and role distribution in civic tech communities. Non-engineers have long faced the dilemma of wanting to contribute but lacking technical entry points, resulting in concentrated contributions among a few developers. With the rise of generative AI, open collaboration and civic hacking are evolving—challenging g0v’s ethos of “nobody” leadership. As “muggles” begin using AI tools to join coding, data, and maintenance workflows, traditional roles such as project leads, engineers, and non-technical contributors may need redefinition. This session explores how AI can lower barriers to entry and shares practical experiences that foster more inclusive and collaborative civic tech participation.

目標受眾 Target Audience
- 主要對象為沒有軟體工程背景，但希望參與公民科技或開源專案的社群成員。他們或許不會寫程式，卻能藉由本議程了解如何運用 AI 工具更深入地參與協作與貢獻，並重新思考自己在 AI 時代能扮演的角色與創造的價值。

- This session is intended for community members without a software engineering background who are interested in contributing to civic tech or open-source projects. While they may not write code, they will discover how AI tools can help them take a more active role in collaboration and contribution, and reflect on the roles and value they can bring in the age of AI.
