# 提案共筆： Participation Playbook


## 0501 緣起
[臺灣熱吵民主協會](https://www.facebook.com/info.troad)的晏庭來訊，[People Powered - Global Hub for Participatory Democracy](https://www.peoplepowered.org)（一個發展與推動參與式民主的國際組織，簡稱PP）目前正在進行 [Participation Playbook](https://participationplaybook.org) 的編輯，希望與 vTaiwan 的參與者討論！

相關工作內容：
A reviewer will…
Support content editors and staff by reviewing and providing written feedback on content for all planning stages of the participatory policymaking process, including questions, answer choices, help text, results pages and recommended resources in English.
Participate in one orientation meeting in English.

以上翻譯：工作內容大致包含協助提供書面回饋意見、提供相關協助資訊與參考資料。會議會以英文進行。
Timeline, workload, and honorarium
The expected time commitment is 5 hours per week from May 29 to June 16. We are happy to offer an honorarium of $750 USD.
以上翻譯：目前預計會從5/29-6/16(共四週左右的時間)每週loading 大概為五小時。會有750美金左右的報酬。

1. 撰寫提案共筆（本分共筆）與收集 vTaiwan 社群參與者意見。
2. 5/5 晚上彙整共識。
3. 聯繫 [Nikhil Kumar]([e-mail]) 告知目前進度與初步回應。

### 5/6 撰寫 email 提出社群共識的訴求。

### 5/7 寄出
1. 會請對方先提供相關文件，並新增至本分共筆上。
2. 大家仍然可以持續提供相關意見。
### 5/29-6/16 協作

## 討論議題：
以下議題是有關這次提案中，需要大家貢獻意見的部分，大家也可以新增自己想到的問題。收集到5/6 23:59。
1. 多人小組形成，請有意願參與的人將自己的 slack ID 打在後方，方便之後聯繫與提醒：peter
2. 協作方式：目前預想是以共筆為主，但有可能會召開一次到兩次的線上會議。
3. 報酬分配：回饋給社群（？）
4. credit：若之後手冊成形，以 vTaiwan社群作為credit？
