# 低碳社會的公有資產定位：碳匯實踐場域 ⛳


依據財政部國有財產署 108 年度業務年報統計，我國現況共有 222 萬公頃公有土地，佔國土面積約六成，區位型態涵蓋 山林鄉鎮、農漁村聚落、都會生活圈、產業園區與公共設施、流域與濱海。**面對當代碳中和、淨零排放等減碳目標**，多元的公有空間與環境型態，可以透過以下兩個推動方向，促進公有資產發揮減碳作為。

一、公共工程及公有資產活化決策機制，導入碳匯評估思維 😎
二、公有資產結合碳匯措施研究，累積更多實證場域 🏘

CO2UPtake aims to make public assets decarbonized solutions through "national assets inventory" and "matching carbon reduction measures" by engaging industry, government, and academic stakeholders.

We have established the "Dashboard of public assets query system" and "decarbonize practice knowledge database" for reviewing relevant references and cases. The team also takes Da-an District(Taipei), Ji-an Township(Hualian), and Shou-Feng Township(Hualian) as examples to showcase the synergy across “rural regeneration and development” and “net-zero transition policies.” We hope our project could help Taiwan forge ahead to the net-zero transition.
