g0v 零時政府揪松團是 g0v 社群籌辦雙月大黑客松（大松）和基礎松，以及推動募款事務的工作小組，目前有揪松志工群、專案計畫型合作人員、八位決策委員。2012 年開始協助社群籌辦黑客松，2014 年正式組成「揪松團 Jothon」，2016 年起，啟動社群基礎建設計畫，開辦「基礎松 Infrathon」推動更順暢的線上／線下跨界協作，並於同年底推動「g0v 公民科技創新獎助金 Civic Tech Prototype Grant」 ，鼓勵 g0v 專案持續投入開發和長期營運。2020 年開辦「零時小學校 Sch001」，與教育、開源社群一起建構數位公民培力模式，邀請社群貢獻者製作線上公民科技開放式課程，持續舉辦專案孵化計畫與零世代資金池獎勵機制，鼓勵青年世代開展數位行動實踐。2023 年發起撰寫「g0v 公民科技專案與社群手冊 g0v Civic Tech Project & Community Handbook」釋出華文版、英文版、日文版。2024 年執行「繁體中文 AI 開源實踐計畫」，鼓勵民間團隊實踐在地化語言模型及資料集建置工作。2025 年開始協助經營「g0v 台北社群空間 g0v Taipei Community Hub」提供 30 人規模的活動場地；與開拓文教基金會合作推動「AI 麻瓜共學團」並推動 AI 素養培力課程。2026 年開始建置「臺灣公民科技專案資料庫與指引」。g0v 揪松團也是 g0v Summit 2024 的協辦團隊。 g0v Jothon is the task force responsible for organizing g0v’s Bi-monthly Hackathons and Infrathons, as well as managing the community’s fundraising affairs. Currently, the team consists of the Jothon Volunteer Group, project-based collaborators, and eight members of the Steering Committee. Having assisted the community in organizing hackathons since 2012, the group officially formed as "Jothon" in 2014. In 2016, the team launched a community infrastructure initiative and established the "Infrathon" to facilitate smoother online and offline cross-disciplinary collaboration. At the end of that same year, they introduced the "g0v Civic Tech Prototype Grant" to encourage the continuous development and long-term operation of g0v projects. Key Milestones & Initiatives: ．2020 | Sch001 (School Zero): Launched in collaboration with the education and open-source communities to build a digital citizenship empowerment model. The initiative invites contributors to create open-source civic tech courses and hosts "Civic Nest" project incubation programs and the "G0V _ Generation Zero Vestment" funding pool to encourage digital action among the youth. ．2023 | Handbook Project: Initiated the "g0v Civic Tech Project & Community Handbook," releasing versions in Traditional Chinese, English, and Japanese. ．2024 | Traditional Chinese AI Open Source Practice Project: Launched to encourage local teams to work on localized language models and dataset construction. ．2025 | g0v Taipei Community Hub: Began managing a community space in Taipei that accommodates events for up to 30 people. Simultaneously, Jothon collaborated with the Frontier Foundation to launch the "AI for Muggles" study group and promote AI literacy training. ．2026 | Taiwan Civic Tech Project Database: Commenced the development of the "Taiwan Civic Tech Project Database and Guidelines." g0v Jothon also served as a supporting organizer for g0v Summit 2024.
