To win, we must build projects that deliver value to our communities. And then we must do it again, and againuntil our contributions can't be ignored by the government. Then, we must engage directly with government - as citizens, as volunteers, as contractors, as staff - and show them through our actions how following the open source way leads to better results. Victory is creating a culture that welcomes open source activists into government and the adoption of open source ways of working by long time civil servants.
