# COSCUP _ AI 開放治理 & Civic Tech 議程

Vibe Coding 和 AI Agents 迅速崛起，人類程序正義和機器生產力的深度磨合正式展開。在這股浪潮下，社群如何維持協作的價值，確保專案的長期可維護性和社群透明度，成為新的課題，並將連動產業面的軟體供應鏈與社會面的公共利益議題。

由開放文化基金會與揪松團合作籌畫 AI 開放治理 x Civic Tech 議程，於 8/8 週六開源人年會 COSCUP 舉辦一天的議程，臺灣開放科技社群與公民科技行動群體，長期站在數位社會的前緣，本次也有國際 CONSUL DEMOCRACY 專案成員以及日本福岡 Engineer Cafe Community 分享，就讓我們來探討這個前瞻的主題吧！
