# 報名表單 CoC 英文翻譯

報名這次大松時發現需要逐點同意 CoC 的內容，但是這部分在表單沒有英文翻譯，先開始試翻，歡迎修改

（1）
g0v 社群參與者應共同致力於提供一個友善且無騷擾的環境給每一位參與者，無論其性別、性傾向、年紀、身心理狀態、外貌、族群、信仰、政治立場或技術偏好。 在任何社群線上、線下活動，甚至源碼或各類文件中使用含有影
射性、暴力、與歧視的言語及意象，皆是不恰當的。

g0v participants should dedicate themselves to providing a friendly and harassment-free environment for everyone, regardless of their gender, sexuality, age, physical condition and mental state, appearance, ethnicity, religious belief, political position or technological preference. It is inappropriate to use implicative, violent or discriminatory languages or images in any online or on-site events, source code or documents.

若違反守則，管理員或坑主應當且有權驅離違反守則者，其它參與者亦得主動制止其騷擾或不恰當的行為。任何參與者皆沒有責任對任何遭驅離者已投入的金錢、資源等（如報名費、捐款等）做退還或補償。講者、贊助者、貢獻者與坑主等角色亦為參與者的一員，因此這些角色同樣受到此守則的規範。

Administrators or project leads have the authority to remove any participants who violate the g0v Code of Conduct (g0v CoC). Any participant can also intervene to stop any harassing or inappropriate behaviour. No participants would be liable for any resources (registration fee, donation, etc.) already invested by the participant who is removed for violating the g0v CoC. Speakers, sponsors, contributors and project leads are all g0v participants and should also abide by the g0v CoC.

騷擾包含： 關於性別、性傾向、身心理狀態、外貌、族群、信仰、政治立場或技術偏好等等的口頭冒犯評論； 於公共場所展示帶有性含意的圖片； 故意恐嚇、跟蹤、追隨、騷擾攝影與錄影人員；持續以言語或其他形式干擾演講、線上協作或其他活動進行； 不適當的肢體接觸； 以及不受歡迎的性關注。 當參與者要求停止騷擾行為時，請即刻停止相關的騷擾行為。
5. Harassment includes: verbal offensive comments about gender, sexuality, physical condition and mental state, appearance, ethnicity, political position, or technical preference; displaying images with sexual implications in public spaces, intentionally intimidating, stalking, following or harassing others by taking photos or videos of others; continuously interrupting speech, online collaboration or other activities verbally or by other forms; inappropriate physical contact and unwelcome sexual attention. One should stop any harassing behavior when asked by other participants.

坑主需有維護坑內友善氛圍的責任與意識，若填坑過程發生違反 CoC 的行為請協助制止。 無論是新手在活動中遇到困難＆有問題的地方，或是有任何活動參加者遇到騷擾＆不愉快的事情，請讓揪松團知道，揪松團職工將在活動現場穿黃色背心。

Project leads should be aware that they have the responsibility to mantain a friendly environment within the projects, and to help to stop any CoC-violating behavior by any contributor during their participation. If any newbie runs into difficulties or has questions, or if any participant experiences harassment or unpleasant encounters, let jothon staff know. jothon staff wear yellow vests at the event venues.

翻譯時遇到的問題
1. 口頭冒犯評論: 目前翻成 verbal offensive comments，語氣是否太弱
2. 「故意恐嚇、跟蹤、追隨、騷擾攝影與錄影人員」是只包含針對攝影或錄影人員的騷擾嗎？如果不是的話中文要先改，目前英文是「故意恐嚇、跟蹤、追隨、騷擾、或拍攝他人的照片或影片」，另，「追隨」的意思不是很清楚
