# Cofacts Data Usage

We use this page to track the usage and the influence of the Cofacts Data.

:::spoiler 為何資料使用者條款很重要？
這個條款的核心是 CC BY-SA 授權，以及相關的顯名規範。我們可以試想一情境：無償貢獻資料給 Cofacts 真的假的的人，在一則公開報告裡面看到了自己無償的貢獻成就他人的成果，但自己卻無權再基於該成果進行重製與再散佈，這樣的相對剝奪感很可能就會影響到他未來在 Cofacts 貢獻的意願。因此，我們選用 CC BY-SA 來減少上面的情形發生的可能性。條款內的顯名規範，除了彰顯貢獻之外，更希望透過使用者條款中明定的顯名規範，讓看到 Cofacts 資料的人明白要如何傳入新的謠言訊息、新的查證，讓資料有源頭活水，更能在未來嘉惠所有資料取用者；而 share alike 更是直接希望避免 Cofacts 協作者因以上情境而不再貢獻。
