# 線上活動與會者視訊硬體測試 Online Meeting rehearsal and hardware test

## 視訊環境品質需求（請使用與活動當天相同的環境、網路及器材測試）：

### 硬體需求 Hardware Requirements：
- [ ] 建議使用電腦（筆電） A computer (or a laptop) is recommended
- [ ] 視訊鏡頭（筆電內建鏡頭也可以）Webcam (a built-in webcam on a laptop is good too)
- [ ]耳麥（可以避免回音）Headphones (to avoid echoing)
- [ ]背景安靜的環境進行視訊會議 A quiet environment with the least amount of distractions/noise

## 硬體測試／當日活動流程 Hardware testing / Itinerary for the event day：

1. 進入視訊會議室（主辦單位另行提供）
Enter the video conference room (we will provide the URL and the password before the event).

2. 需同意瀏覽器使用麥克風以及視訊鏡頭，麥克風、鏡頭會**預設關閉**
Allow permissions for camera and microphone on your web browser. Your camera and microphone will be turned off by default.


3. 輸入會議室密碼
Enter the password to enter the conference room
4. 輸入會議室顯示名稱
Enter your name of the conference room


5. 加入視訊會議後， g0v jothon-online 會和 Panelist 確認視訊環境品質（網路、麥克風、鏡頭），確認完畢後請再關閉麥克風，直到您的短講順序再開啟。
After you join the video conference, the jothon-online staff will make sure all the requirements are met, including the internet, microphone and webcam. Please turn off the microphone after the test. You can turn it on when it is your turn to speak.

- 5-1. 分享螢幕請點選左下角螢幕分享圖示
To share your screen, please click on the Share Screen icon on the bottom left corner.

- 5-2. 選擇要分享「整個畫面」、「單一應用程式（ex: PPT）」或「Chrome 分頁」
Select the screen you want to share. You can choose to share your full screen, an application (ex. PPT), or a Chrome tab.

6. 每位 Panelist 會有__分鐘短講的時間，當時間剩餘 1 分鐘時，主持人會語音提醒（也請Panelist 自己同步計時），並請下一位 Panelist 準備
Each panelist is allotted __ minutes to present. The MC will give a one-minute notice as a reminder and ask the next panelist to prepare. We ask that the panelists also pay attention to the time themselves and MC according to their own preference.

7. Panel 結束後，請回到 Youtube 頻道繼續觀看直播，參與活動！
You are most welcome to participate as an attendee for the next segments of the workshop on Youtube Live after the panel are finished!
