## 會前約訪 / Preliminary Interviews

* 大會講者、主持人等聯絡方式，未經當事人許可，恕大會無法提供，敬請見諒。
* 如有需求，請來信 [e-mail] ，大會志工會盡力協助。回覆若有延遲，實因志工因大會事務繁忙，造成不便，敬請見諒。

- We are unable to release contact information of speakers or panel discussion hosts without their direct consent.
- Please reach us at <[e-mail]> for such demands and we would do our best to assist you. As our volunteers are preoccupied with conference duties, we apologize for any potential delays between replies.

## 現場採訪 / On-site Interviews

* 5/4 週六 09:00－17:30、5/5 週日 09:00－17:00，在大會報到處，將有媒體接待人員，與一般會眾報到分開進行，方便記者朋友進出會場。
* 記者請以媒體機構名片交換識別證入場。
* 大會識別證限本人使用，請妥善保管，配戴即可自由進出大會。
* 會場內，歡迎自由採訪，但需取得受訪者明確同意，並且注意尊重配戴「**紅色頸繩**」的會眾，不要拍照、錄影。
* 大會及相關活動期間，請詳閱並確實遵守大會[社群準則](https://summit.g0v.tw/2024/coc/)。
* 本次大會規劃 2 樓沙發區供媒體訪問使用。然因其為開放空間且當天場館外可能有工程進行，若有不便，敬請見諒。

- Media reception will be available at the registration of the venue on 4th (Sat.) 09:00－17:30 and 5th (Sun.) 09:00－17:00; the line is separated from the general registration for your convenience.
- Journalists may exchange their media organization business card for a free badge.
- The exchanged badge automatically admits you to the conference venue and is solely intended to be worn by you. Please make sure it’s in your possession at all times.
- You’re free to interview in the venue as long as the interviewee explicitly agreed to. Participants with **red lanyards** are NOT to be photographed or video recorded.
- Please carefully read and follow the conference [Code of Conduct](https://summit.g0v.tw/2024/coc/) throughout the event.
- A designated sofa area on the 2nd floor is arranged for media interviews. However, please note that as it is an open space and there may be construction outside the venue during Summit, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

## 遠端參與 / Remote Participation

* 大會議程，除講者要求外，皆會以原始影像及音訊，於會後公開在 [g0v 零時政府 YouTube 帳號](https://www.youtube.com/user/g0vTW/playlists)。如有需要，歡迎與會後參考，並按照授權條款使用影音內容。

- Except explicitly requested by the speakers, all sessions would be available on the [g0v YouTube channel](https://www.youtube.com/user/g0vTW/playlists) after the conference in their original form. Feel free to refer to them as you need and make use of the video content in regard to their licensing terms.
