# Notes

## How might we 讓 da0 global comms 成為 da0 在國際上的溝通橋樑？
- 有系統找到好的研討會，把有興趣的人送出去，需要機票錢等，代價是要聽很多 session，也要帶 contacts，培養一群人成為台灣跟國際社群的窗口
- 國外線上社群的活動，集資買票，在某個時間租個小辦公室，把議程記錄下來
- 有系統地用線上講座的方式，去把國外的社群與新觀念介紹回來
- Gitcoin 如果有可以分享的可以分享回來，把國外的知識帶回來
- 擴大這次活動的內容輸出
- Evan 他們的角色可以把 g0v 的內容給他們，透過可信的第三方去傳播
- 第一是 import，第二是建立關係，第三是給他們什麼去講 export
- export 內容的對象 first target 可以先是 Gitcoin 等社群
- bi-weekly/monthly update
- 定期輸出資訊
- target 是國外想要建立長期關係的 community，要有個 Mail list
- 溝通對象可能跟原來 g0v 的溝通對象不太一樣，可能需要一個新的名單
- g0v 是 code for all 的成員，所有成員每個月都會有個 update
- maybe a CRM of relationships and touch points
- g0v 前一兩年 clkao 到處參加黑客松，現場建立關係，動手做的關係（除了廣度外，什麼是有效持續建立關係深度的方式？）
- 建立關係最好的方式是 provide value

- 也想要跟全球 web3 科技的社群去互動，也把過去 g0v 做過的是去向 web3 社群溝通
