2. 10/21 議程手冊 Noah 提供文字 for 雨蒼

2022六月紐約歷史博物館裡的 web3 聚會熙來人往，討論的不是無聊猴的最新電影，也不是最賺錢的金融模型，Funding the Commons 大會研究員在台上闡述著web3 如何為公共財帶來全新可能，da0 在台下的靈感宇宙則開始無限爆發。
啟動團隊從紐約回國後探索著各種可能，da0 從理解g0v 成員與挑戰開始，定義目標也討論協作方式。da0 把自己定位成 g0v 的樂高與炸雞，期望未來讓 g0v 的開源可以大量組合堆疊，讓 g0v 的行動更能被激勵認可，為坑主與貢獻者注入能量，達成他們心目中期望的正面影響力。
da0 要做的不是改變，我們與 Funding the Commons 主辦方合作帶進全球最前端的領域知識，目的是加速並深化 g0v 既有的文化及成就，也期望把實驗結果及成功案例全球輸出。da0 零週年的誕生願望是站在g0v 的肩膀上，為全球示範 web3 x democracy 的全新可能，持續發揚台灣在全球舞台上民主先驅的驕傲定位。

3. 10/21 媒體合作

- 動區積極希望自己可以成為唯一區塊鏈媒體夥伴（主要原因是區塊鏈媒體間的確互相有些鬥爭，動區可以觸及的觀眾群較廣，也的確可能是較好的選擇）
- 如果是唯一合作夥伴，會做深度推廣，也可以配合直播給其用戶
- 如果與動區合作沒問題，Noah 可以 follow up
- Slido call to action 也可以由動區發布
- 10/22 web3 session 也可以幫忙推廣直播
- Decision：不跟單一媒體獨家合作，（豆泥）自行產製深度內容。

4. 直播

- 馬克泡、Tmonk 跳坑
- 動區希望可以先了解跳坑朋友的作法，以提升直播品質，包括麥克風收音的轉換，螢幕（recording vs live vs QA）的切換
- 如果需要外部團隊幫忙，還會需要費用
- 確認網路申請和費用（Isabel, 豆泥-> Check FAB DAO 善款使用）
- 建議邀請馬克泡和Tmonk下週參與會議
