- Plurality Tokyo 經驗分享：
- 活動主要設計給 Plurality 新手，設計了比較多解釋概念、工具的環節
- 最有效的會議形式是 unconference (Berkeley：現場開放 sign up 討論議題、小組討論)
- 會議幾乎沒有花到太多錢，預算主要是用在餐飲上面
- 總共拉到 4 個主要 sponsors 小額贊助，場地免費
- 會議前提供會前閱讀很重要，幫助大家知識奠基
- 期待： Plurality Taipei 可以建立更明確的目標 Persona

- Plurality Taipei 目前規劃：
- 可參考 both Plurality Tokyo + Plurality Institute (the 2023 UC Berkeley conference） 的討論方式
- 活動暫定於 7 月底辦理，並且搭配七月 web3forall + da0 learning 讀書會
- 「國際」成份：以日、韓夥伴為主要邀請（來台）對象
- 期待：融入更多台灣元素和台灣敘事
