要讓租屋，成為台灣的居住選擇，就得解決目前租屋無法化解的各種問題。在經歷前一個專案後，我們認為，深化「重新設計租賃權益」與「建立協作的支持網絡」，將是可能的方向。 「長租剛好」將以雙北為範圍，透過服務設計，探索房客可負擔、可長租，兼顧房東權益、老屋維護的現實基礎，過程開放參與，成果開源，作為發展居住服務的基礎公共資產。

### 專案英文簡介
To make renting a viable housing option in Taiwan, various issues that current rental practices cannot resolve must be addressed. After completing a prior project, we believe that deepening "re-designed rental rights" and "establishing a tenants collaborative support network" would be two possible directions. Therefore, "Appropriate Rental Housing" focus on the Taipei and New Taipei areas and explore affordable and long-term rental options for tenants while also considering the interests of landlords and the need for maintaining older housing through service design. The process will be open for participation, and the results will be shared as a public asset to serve as the basis for developing residential services.
