週末，你本來躺在床上，應該懶傭的起床。但是，你突然聽到外面一片混亂；打開手機，FB上大家都說中國打過來了。新聞上寫著，中國發射許多飛彈擊中了台北市的一些部分，有些建築物起火了。雖然還有網路與新聞，但是人心惶惶，大家都不知道該怎麼辦。

在這種狀況下，我們開設怎樣的共筆，才能幫助到大家呢？請大家就前面的討論，一起討論這樣的共筆需要哪些元素。

情境二（備案）：

嚴重的颱風席捲台灣，大家都窩在家裡，聽著外面轟隆作響的風雨。你看到新聞，有些地方已經發生了土石流，但外面的風雨實在太大，大家也無法到場。許多心急如焚的人在網路上討論，但是大家又不知道該怎麼辦。

在這種狀況下，我們開設怎樣的共筆，才能幫助到大家呢？請大家就前面的討論，一起討論這樣的共筆需要哪些元素。
