## 開放工作坊 Unconference
Unconference，中文譯為「開放工作坊」，又簡稱 unconf，是一種議程由參與者決定的會議，與傳統研討會議程相比有著更開放、更民主的特性，與閃電講相比有著更多時間及形式上的彈性。在會眾投遞完想要分享的主題之後，由會眾現場自行投票決定想聽的主題。

本屆 g0v Summit 的 Unconference 安排在星期日的下午 2 點半至 3 點半及 4 點至 5 點。主題、形式皆不拘，所有會眾皆可報名分享及投票。自己的研討會自己帶，自己的議程自己決定！

An unconference is a participant-driven meeting, whose agenda is created fully by the participants. Compared to the conventional conference it has more open and democratic characteristics, and compared to lightning talk it is more flexible in terms of time and form. Anyone who wants to initiate a discussion on a topic can claim a time and a space. After gathering the topics, the participants will vote for their own agenda.

Our unconference will be held between 2:30-3:30 pm and 4:00-5:00 pm on the last day of g0v Summit 2020. All kinds of topics and forms are welcomed, come shape your own conference!

**現場會眾 on-site participants**
1. 大會期間請隨時至公告區現場領取、填寫並繳交提案單，工作人員會貼在現場佈告欄上並幫提案人將該提案轉貼至線上提案區。
2. 所有會眾皆可隨時前往佈告欄，將入場時領取的圓形貼紙貼在自己有興趣的提案上作為投票。
3. 星期六議程結束後，工作人員會統計現場票數並與線上票數加總。結果將於星期日議程開幕時宣布。

**線上會眾 online participants**
1. During the Summit, please make your proposal in the **[proposal area](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1gunTW6NN3i2WGfBY6v_g1oESEuqse2Y7Q2O2JBL7XYQ/edit)**. We will print out your proposal and stick it on the billboard on-site for on-site participants to vote.
2. We will create the corresponding option in the **[voting area](https://app.sli.do/event/yz6zvuqk/live/polls)**. All online participants can vote anytime.
3. After the agenda on Saturday ends, we will summarize the votes online and on-site. On Sunday in the opening session, we will announce the result. The online proposal elected will have to log in to g0v Slack (tutorial: https://g0v.hackmd.io/@jothon/joing0vslack) and confirm your acceptance in #summit channel.
4. After the confirmation, we will make public the link of the online meeting room of your proposal, so that all online participants can join.
5. During the unconference session, we will use our laptop on-site to join your online meeting room, and the on-site participants will communicate with you via this laptop.

## 閃電講 Lightning Talk
Lightning talk，中文譯為「閃電講」，又稱 data blitz，顧名思義即為「閃電一般短的演講」。每位講者僅有 5 分鐘的演講時間，時間一到就輪到下一位講者上台。講者必須以飛快的速度，進行簡潔扼要的分享；會眾也能在最短的時間內得到廣泛卻又最精華的知識。

本屆 g0v Summit 的閃電講安排在星期日的下午 5 點，所有會眾皆可現場報名上台分享。主題不拘，只要你有想介紹或分享的專案或議題，我們來者不拒。先搶先贏，名額有限，超時關麥！

Lighting talk, or also called "data blitz", is a very short presentation lasting only a few minutes, given at a conference or similar forum. At g0v Summit 2020, every speaker has merely 5 minutes to share, and talks are arranged one after another. This requires the speakers to make their point clearly in shortest time and also causes the audience to gain a wide range of knowledge.

Our lightling talk will be held at 5 pm on the last day of g0v Summit 2020. As long as you have any thoughts to share, you are welcomed to sign up anytime during the event. First come, first served!
